How do I add sub admins?

You can add users in just one tap. Click on Manage Users and select Add Sub Admin. Fill in the details and save to get them registered.

I have forgotten my password, how should I log in?

The school admin needs to enter their email address in the forgot password section and request for the password reset. They will then get a link on their respective mails from where they can change the password and access their account.

How to upload pictures to the gallery?

Managing the gallery is no more a headache. Simply tap the Manage Content Page>Manage Gallery Page>Add Gallery. Drag and drop the images you wish to upload and save in particular album. Your gallery will instantly get updated.

How to restrict the user to edit a page?

Open the Manage Roles Page and select the user. Click on Action to edit permissions. You can then assign the roles for each user and save them. You can add as many roles as you want for the specified user.

We have changed our school information, how to do the amendments?

You can update the school information in just one tap. Whether you want to update the logo, banner, or other details, you can do that all. Simply click School Profile and fill in the details you wish to update.

How can I add students? I have around 1000 students, it will take so much of time.

Yes, adding thousands of students can be tough, but you can do that with ease. All you need to do is to import the students using Import functionality. Create the data in excel format (given) and import the students. It will not take much time.

How to send login details to students?

Our system will automatically send credentials to the students.

Where can students log in?

They can download the mobile app and log in to access the information.

How can I add teachers?

Click on Manage Users and select the Manage Teacher. Fill in the details in Add Teacher icon and save to get them registered.

How to send login details to teachers?

Our system will automatically send credentials on the respective email address of the teachers.

Where can teachers login?

They can download the mobile app and log in to access the information.

How can I add parents?

Click on Manage Users and select the Manage Parent. Fill in the details in Add Parent icon and save to get them registered.

How to send login details to parents?

Our system will send credentials on the respective email address of the parents.

Where can parents login?

They can download the mobile app and log in to access the information. They can also go to School website and click on Parent Login to access the web application.

How do I put something in the calendar?

Simple tap Manage Content Page>Manage Calendar>Add Event. Fill in the details you wish to mention and it will automatically get updated everywhere in mobile app as well as website.

How will the teacher add grades/documents/feeds/assessment of the students?

Our system will provide the teachers with the Teacher’s Panel. Here, they will get different options to manage grades, documents, feeds, and assessment of the students by simply adding the details.

Can I manage the assessment of students?

Yes, you can easily view and add assessments/grades/attendance/documents in the Teacher Panel Section. Not just that you can also Acknowledge the leaves in just one click.

How can I view the class grade report?

You can view the class grade report by clicking on the Manage Report Page. Fill the details and submit.

Can I check the grades of a particular student?

Well, yes! You can even check the grades of a particular student you wish to know. Tap Manage Report Page>Student Grades Report. Fill the details and submit.
